You do need to be active to climb up and down all the steps to get in and out, but it was good exercise for 4 aging seniors. And Terri was a very helpful and communicative host.”

“We loved this cabin near Marion. It’s a short drive away from being right downtown so the location is great. We had some cold weather and it stayed very warm inside. There were meant great items supplied to make us feel right at home and we really enjoyed the rustic decor and quiet surroundings. Highly recommended!”

“Delightful cottage / extremely well equipped with very tasteful and charming decor. Loved the vintage feel and especially the lovely claw foot tub. Location was good but a little closer to the road than we expected based on the description. It is also a minimum of 30 minutes from any real facilities - but we actually enjoyed driving over the mountain. However that is the only minor comment I can make. Host was helpful and responsive too. Will definitely stay here again! ”

“Better than described. Clean house - well furnished kitchen (lots of utensils, pots, pans, soap, sponges, etc) 2 grills outside - gas and charcoal. Just a bit loud due to the large open construction (bring white noise sleep devices). Would stay again!”
